Hi, we will arrive in Lisbon in the morning, by 10 am. Can we drop our luggage off in the morning? I see the official check in is at 16 hour but I also see Luggage storage. We would need to put our luggage some place before 16 hours. Thanks!

Hello! Yes, we do have luggage storage. You can arrive at 10 am and leave your luggage in our lockers for as long as you need. If you want to enjoy the day after checking out you can also use our lockers for that :)

Hi, how does your locker system work if we want to leave our luggage when we arrive from airport in the morning

You can access it with the instructions we send. They are free but require a 1€ coin to get the key out. You get the coin back when you put the key back, like a supermarket cart.

Hi, I will be travelling from Porto to Lisbon by train. May I ask which is the closest train station to studio 59? Thanks.

By train, you should leave at Oriente and then get on the metro red line, switch to green in Alameda, and then leave at Anjos. I can't write much here but for a more detailed answer write me directly.

Hello! In fact, we do not have a reception at any time. But you will receive the entrance codes prior to arrival and will be able to access the property even before the room is ready. In the hallway, we have the lockers that you can use at any time!

Hello! On the floor with shared bathrooms, we have 3 bathrooms for a total of 6 rooms. Two of them are full bathrooms with a shower, sink, and toilet. The third one only has a shower and a sink.

Hello, just wanted to confirm before booking. It says check-in can be anytime from 12am. Does that mean I can check in at 11am as well?

Hello! Initially, I put it at any time because it's self-check-in but that is a bit confusing because the room is actually only ready at around 14h-15h. The official check-in time is at 16h.

Does each room have its own safe?

We do not have safes inside the room.

Do you have connecting rooms for families with children?

Hello! We do not have connecting rooms with doors from one to the other but each floor only has 7 rooms and to access the floor you do need a code so it's not possible to access it from the outside.
